Q. Is it suitable for different hair lengths and types?
A. Yes! It works on short, medium and long hair, including fine, thick, straight and wavy hair. For thick hair, use smaller sections. With very short hair, take extra care to keep the heated barrel away from your scalp.
Q. How should I use it, and which temperature should I choose?
A. Use on clean, fully dry, tangle-free hair with heat protectant. Start low and increase only if needed: 160°C for fine hair, 180°C for normal hair and 200°C for thick hair. Reserve 230°C for very thick, resistant hair only when necessary. Avoid repeatedly heating the same section.
Q. What should I do if my hair gets stuck or tangled?
A. Stop the curler immediately and don’t pull your hair. Switch it off and unplug it, then gently release your hair, allowing the curler to cool if needed. To help prevent tangles, brush your hair first and work with small, neatly separated sections.
